This new role will support the wider team with day‑to‑day warehouse and production tasks, ensuring smooth goods in, goods out, and efficient operational flow across two well‑known brands. No two days are the same, and your typical week will include a mix of: Taking ownership of daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth goods in, goods out, and efficient stock flow Coordinating production schedules and supporting the team to meet manufacturing deadlines Monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and ensuring accurate inventory control Working closely with warehouse and production staff to resolve issues and keep operations running safely and efficiently Acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues, troubleshooting challenges quickly and effectively Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed and maintaining a clean, organised working environment Reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across warehouse and production functions Supporting the team during busy periods, providing hands‑on help where needed to keep operations on track What we are looking for from the successful candidate will be: A can-do, pro-active attitude- this is essential given that we’re a smaller team Communicates clearly and confidently, whether by phone, email, or in person Able to switch between priorities and stay organised in a busy environment Confident using systems, tools, and processes to keep work flowing smoothly Comfortable taking ownership, leading and making decisions in a fast-paced environment Thank you for your interest in the role, we look forward to speaking with you in the process if you are shortlisted.
