Replenishment Manager

We're recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Boucher Road, Belfast! You'll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork. This is a permanent, full‑time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

What you’ll be doing Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately Oversee warehouse and back‑of‑house operations, including stock control and safety Support promotional and seasonal activities Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team What we’re looking for Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics Strong organisational and communication skills A hands‑on leader with a proactive, can‑do attitude Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑moving environment A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets Benefits We offer a range of great benefits, including discount in our stores, a colleague portal offering discount for numerous retailers, hospitality & much more!
