We’re looking for a Functional IT Analyst/BA within the scope of a client project – the resource must be fluent in French, can be fully remote or hybrid in the Montreal region, and be authorized to work in Canada.

A Day in the Life

• Determine customer requirements following needs analysis meetings.
• Design and propose solutions.
• Produce and update functional analysis documentation.
• Propose recommendations taking into account business needs, architecture, existing applications, costs, and their impact on processes.
• Assist in defining the technology roadmap.
• Participate in the evaluation of the time and budget of initiatives.
• Assist programmers during the implementation phase.
• Prepare and execute functional and integrated tests and support acceptance tests.
• Be responsible for the production launch of applications.

We Want You To Have

• University degree or college diploma in computer science or other related training.
• Five (5) years of experience in application systems development, including three (3) years of analytical experience.
• Experience in BSS and OSS systems.
• Autonomy in learning new systems.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to communicate knowledge to the general public.
• Organizational and service skills, and concern for quality.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
