Full Time RNs

Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team. Our facility specializes in customized rehabilitation programs to assist patients in recovering from various injuries and conditions. As a vital member of our nursing team, you will play a crucial role in implementing patient-centric nursing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and contributing to a supportive environment that fosters recovery.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as required. Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.

Document all patient care and interventions. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Ensure continuity of care through proper discharge planning and coordination with healthcare team members. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and acute care Proficiency in managing multiple patients and prioritizing tasks Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams Capacity to handle medical information discreetly Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
