You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, contributing to planning, execution, and performance monitoring to drive efficient delivery and strong project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in delivering project scope in line with safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project activities including engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and commissioning
  • Manage interfaces across project areas, including scope boundaries, contractor coordination, and workfront planning

About You

You hold a degree in an engineering related discipline and bring around 5+ years of experience within project delivery environments, ideally across mining, energy, or infrastructure projects. You have a solid foundation in project management principles and understand how to coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction functions to deliver outcomes effectively. You are confident working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and bring strong organisational and communication skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and contractors.

Previous site experience is highly regarded, with an understanding of workfront planning, contractor management, and construction methodologies. You are detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to problem‑solving across complex project interfaces. Experience supporting cost, schedule, risk, and change processes will be highly beneficial, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality in project delivery.
