Dynamics Developer | Federal Government

About the Opportunity

  • Join a high-performing, multidisciplinary team delivering a nationally significant digital transformation initiative within a secure Federal Government environment.
  • Play a key role in shaping a major national digital capability from its inception, building the core Microsoft platform foundations for an initial 18-to-24-month MVP window and a broader five-year roadmap.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Configure, extend, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to deliver core platform capabilities.
  • Build model-driven apps, complex business process flows, custom plugins, C# components, and Power Automate workflows.
  • Develop external-facing portal features leveraging Power Pages and implement role-based security and data access controls.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 seamlessly with REST APIs, Azure services, and external enterprise systems.
  • Drive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), deployment practices, release management, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to convert business requirements into high-performing solutions while maintaining technical documentation.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:

  • Technical Toolkit: Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, plugins, workflows, and Power Pages.
  • Experience: Proven experience configuring, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs, backed by strong Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
  • Core Capabilities: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex, highly regulated government environments.

Eligibility & Clearance Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current NV1 security clearance.
