2-3 years fine-dining or cocktail-bar service
Deep respect for cocktails—with enough curiosity to learn flavor profiles and mix methods
Impeccable timing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A crisp, confident communication style; no fluff—just focused hospitality
A team player who thrives on adult‐only energy (kids are great—just not here)
