Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression. Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals. Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.

Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics. Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.

Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment. Basic computer and payment processing skills.

Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player. Schedule This role requires availability Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm with Occasional Travel.
