About the Role

Join a leading European car rental company and become part of an international customer service team in Porto, Portugal. You will support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring a professional and seamless experience in both French and English.

Key Activities

• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist customers with reservations and rental inquiries.
• Provide support before, during, and after vehicle rentals.
• Resolve issues related to invoices, damages, and rental agreements.
• Recommend additional services and identify sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level French and strong Englishskills.
• EU Citizenship or valid EU work authorizationrequired.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Center environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and multiple communication platforms.
