Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Noida. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential franchise partners, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects.

The role also involves creating strategic business plans, participating in negotiations, and ensuring smooth onboarding and communication for franchise operations. Qualifications Strong skills and proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising Expertise in Business Planning and establishing sustainable franchise models Effective Communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and build relationships with prospective franchisees Experience in Lead Generation and managing sales pipelines Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred Prior experience in the education or technology sector is an advantage
