Celtic Careers seeks aField Service Quality Engineer for our well-established client based in Dublin 24. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys a mix of field-based technical work, customer engagement and continuous improvement. Long-term career progression within an international organisation. You will play a key role in supporting a growing network of installers, service partners and customers across Ireland. Working within the Service & Technical Support team, you will ensure products are installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standards while helping to develop the company's service network.Responsible for maintenance, servicing, retrofit and refurbishment of heat pump systems, while providing technical expertise through site visits, inspections and training programmes.
Requirements: Experience in a similar role within HVAC, heat pumps or a related mechanical services industry. Strong technical knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. Experience in carrying out servicing, fault finding and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide practical solutions. Excellent report writing and documentation skills. Strong communication skills with the confidence to deliver technical training.
