Job Description
Start-up bar/arcade/restaurant looking for an experienced FOH manager. Arcade experience a bonus. Looking for someone with a growth mindset who will also come with ideas to make Level Up a destination!
Experience should include:
- Organizing staff shifts and scheduling
- Providing excellent customer service
- Leading by example
- Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment, and property
- Maintaining safe working conditions
- Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary
- Recruiting and training staff
- Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Remaining calm under pressure
