Assistant Server

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position combines the responsibilities of Busser, Food Runner, and Drink Runner, requiring speed, organization, teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support servers by bussing, resetting, and maintaining immaculate tables and dining areas.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately, efficiently, and with proper presentation.
• Assist with guest requests and anticipate service needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock service stations, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong ability to memorize the restaurant floor plan, table numbers, food menu, and beverage program.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
