We are looking for an experienced Chef De Cuisine to join us at Blue Pearl Restaurant located in Staten Island. We are a fine dining restaurant with a large banquet business in a growing hospitality group. There is a lot of room to advance for the right person.
You must be professional and have a love for seafood focused global cuisine with an emphasis on Asian and American flavors. Please have CDC or Executive Sous Chef experience. We're looking forward to hearing from you.
