As a Floor Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the floor, guiding service, mentoring future leaders, and helping shape the culture of one of New York's most respected restaurant groups.
In This Role You Will- Lead the dining room during service and set the standard for hospitality
- Build meaningful relationships with guests and create memorable experiences
- Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
- Support hiring, scheduling, and team performance
- Ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining service excellence
- Partner with restaurant leadership to drive business results
- Leads with humility, confidence, and accountability
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Has 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Loves developing people and building strong teams
- Balances hospitality, operational excellence, and business acumen
