For the right candidate, there is potential to transition into a full-time salaried management position with expanded responsibilities and eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives.

  • Maintain established service standards, cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the dining room and guest-facing areas
  • Assist with staff training and onboarding, reinforce established service standards, and provide coaching and performance feedback during assigned shifts
  • Help maintain current FOH service manuals, training materials, SOPs, and checklists, and assist management with updates as needed
  • Communicate effectively with management, culinary, bar, and FOH teams to ensure seamless service
  • Complete detailed end-of-shift reports documenting service, guest feedback, operational concerns, and items requiring follow-up
  • Ensure assigned opening, closing, side work, and other FOH duties are completed properly each shift
  • Assist with beverage and FOH operating supply inventory and stocking
  • Maintain current menus and prepare/print approved menu updates as needed
  • Maintain accurate POS menu availability and update low or unavailable items during service
  • Assist management with FOH scheduling, shift coverage, and schedule adjustments as needed
  • Uphold all restaurant health, safety, sanitation, and service protocols
  • Step into service and provide hands-on support wherever needed

Required Skills

  • Proven hospitality experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and hands-on floor management skills
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolve guest and staff issues professionally
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
