Fire Safety Advisor urgently required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, this role will be
based out of Belfast however the successful candidate will be required to travel to various locations.
The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am until 4.30pm and Friday 8am until 4pm with an hourly rate of £19.32.
Initially this position will be for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on job performance.
Main Job Duties include:
- Ensure compliance with statutory bodies.
- Provision of fire safety advice.
- Delivering/review of fire risk assessment & audits.
- Surveying of existing fire safety provisions.
- Monitor performance of contractors and attend monthly fire safety meeting
- Collate fire related data for governance reporting.
What We Need From You
- Nebosh fire Safety qualification
- 1 years experience in a similar role
- Willingness to complete an Access NI Police check
