Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious and long-established jeweller in the heart of Aberdeen.
Renowned for exceptional customer service and a carefully curated collection of fine jewellery, luxury watches, and gifts, our client is looking for a personable and professional Sales Associate to join their dedicated team.
This is a 40-hour per week position, working 5 days out of 6, including Saturdays, with a rolling day off during the week.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on a range of luxury products. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is essential, with luxury retail experience desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalised service to customers
- Build lasting relationships and understand individual client needs
- Handle sales transactions with accuracy and care
- Maintain store displays and ensure the showroom is always immaculate
- Assist with stock control and product knowledge updates
- Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day store operations
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or jewellery sector preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, approachable, and reliable manner
- Strong attention to detail
