What- the Role

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager who is dedicated, smart, polished, collaborative, and hardworking.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing complex financial reporting packages under IFRS, including consolidations and financial statements for a diverse client portfolio
• Conducting technical accounting research and providing guidance on IFRS-related matters and reporting issues
• Coaching, mentoring, and overseeing junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing environment
• Partnering closely with CFOs on a daily basis to support strong financial systems, processes, and effective communication across all organizations

Who- the Candidate

Our client is seeking a motivated, proactive, and savvy Financial Reporting expert who has ideally worked with public companies and/or mining companies.

• CPA designated with 3+ years of experience post‑designation
• Public practice experience preferred
• Expertise in IFRS
• Advanced MS Excel skills

Where

The company is headquartered in downtown Vancouver. This is a full‑time, in office role with flexibility on start and end time.

How Much

The salary for this role will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications and is expected to range from $115,000 to $125,000. The top end of the range is intended for candidates who possess all preferred qualifications.

In addition, the Financial Reporting Manager will be eligible for:
