Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Interventional Urology Sales team, the Clinical Educator will provide on‑site and remote clinical education for customers, partner with the sales team to identify goals and training opportunities, and help support the IU team achieve Optilume quotas and develop the business. The purpose of this position is to ensure customers who purchase equipment from Laborie use it as suggested and to their satisfaction. This candidate will be tasked with helping support the UR team achieve Optilume quotas and develop the business, opening new business and/or adding new users, providing case support and education for staff, hosting Canadian Optilume webinars, and working with marketing to create Canadian content.
About the Role:
- Install, train, and educate customers on newly purchased urodynamic capital equipment; ensure customers are comfortable using their equipment and provide additional training as requested.
- Identify new sales opportunities from educational events and work interactively with the sales team.
- Provide Optilume case support and ongoing education, work with the sales team to open new accounts and target new customers.
- Partner with global marketing to host Canadian webinars and develop Canadian sales and marketing materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the health care field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical education experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical device setting.
- Background in nursing, midwifery, or urology preferred.
