Financial Analyst

Location: Edmonton, AB (Onsite). Status: Full-Time | Permanent. Reports to: Controller.

Key Responsibilities Full-cycle accounting: Journal entries Account reconciliations Month‑end & year‑end close Prepare financial statements (IFRS / GAAP) Support external audits and ensure compliance Work with ERP systems for reporting and data accuracy Perform budget vs actual analysis and variance explanations Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes Must‑Have Requirements CPA in progress (Canada) or recently completed Strong ERP system experience (hands‑on) Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) / GAAP QuickBooks experience 3+ years of experience in accounting/financial reporting Experience with audits and financial compliance Nice to Have ERP implementation or migration experience Telecom or project‑based industry experience Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 Benefits (medical, dental, vision) Cell phone allowance or company phone Laptop provided Retention bonus 2 weeks’ vacation What We’re Looking For Detail‑oriented and organized Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Good communication skills Able to work independently and in a team If you have strong ERP experience, IFRS knowledge, and an accounting background , apply today!
