|| Urgent Hiring || Financial Analyst || Delhi Location || Location: Delhi Job Title: Financial Analyst Function: Business Advisory Industry: Investment Banking Experience- 3-5 years Ctc- Up to 6 lakh. Working Days โ€“ 6 days Roles & Responsibilities Build, review, and improve Excel financial models covering revenue, costs, capex, debt financing, and returns. Prepare DCF models, IRR projections, and sensitivity analysis to support investment decisions.

Assist in structuring ECA-backed loans, including amortization schedules, DSCR, and covenant analysis. Develop infrastructure project finance models incorporating concession periods, revenue/toll forecasts, and exit strategies. Draft investment memorandums, pitch decks, and business plans for client presentations and investor roadshows.

Support preparation of term sheets, financial agreements, and transaction documents in line with international financing standards. Provide data-backed analysis to support negotiations with lenders, investors, and institutional partners. Conduct sector research (aviation, renewable energy, infrastructure, financial markets) and track macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, and policy trends across key regions.

Benchmark competitor financials and comparable transactions to support valuation and pricing. Analyze client financials, creditworthiness, and prepare credit appraisal reports. Perform risk assessments including political, currency, and regulatory risks for cross-border deals.

Support credit restructuring and stressed asset resolution by evaluating recovery strategies. Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, FDI/ECB policies, and international taxation frameworks. Assist with regulatory approvals, credit ratings, investor proposals, RFPs, and tender documentation.

Contribute to financial structuring for G2G and PPP projects and participate in client/investor meetings, preparing notes and follow-up reports. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 3โ€“5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, or related roles. Postgraduate degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification will be considered an added advantage.

Sound working knowledge of RBI regulations related to banking operations, including lending, credit, ECBs, provisioning norms, stressed asset resolution, and international taxation. Familiarity with RBI and Ministry of Commerce guidelines governing FDI and ECB transactions. Strong research and analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of the Indian economic landscape and infrastructure sector.

Ability to apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving with strong logical reasoning skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations. Demonstrated ability to source, analyze, and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
