Financial Analyst

Locust Point Capital (“LPC”) sources capital and provides debt and preferred equity financing to the lower middle market seniors housing and care industry. LPC’s approach to financing combines flexible capital, an experienced team, and a partnership‑oriented approach. The candidate will be an important member of the firm’s underwriting team with a focus on underwriting, financial modeling, legal documentation, client communication, and due diligence.

The Analyst will support the investment closing and underwriting process, including building financial models, creating investment memoranda, conducting regulatory and market research, and reviewing investment due diligence materials. The ideal candidate will be a high‑integrity, self‑driven, resourceful individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
