POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of financial information across the organization. This role supports the business by delivering insightful financial analysis and management reporting that enhances profitability, informs strategic decision-making, and strengthens overall business performance. The Financial Analyst evaluates financial results, identifies trends and variances, and recommends opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

The role has a focus on working collaboratively with both corporate and property-level teams, and translates complex financial data into clear, actionable insights in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While the Company owns and operates assets across Canada, our head office is located in Halifax, where our accounting, accounts payable, legal, HR, and finance teams are based. This role is based full-time at our Bayer's Lake office at 168 Hobson Lake Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

In line with the rest of the Company, this is an in-office role, five days per week. ABOUT THE COMPANY Clarke Inc. is a publicly listed company on the Toronto Stock Exchange with a diversified real estate–focused platform. Through its subsidiary Holloway Lodging Corporation, the Company is active in hotel ownership and management and residential real estate.

While hotels represent the largest operating component of the business, Clarke also manages an internal investment portfolio and several ancillary business interests. Given the breadth of operations and the Company’s hands‑on ownership model, the organization values flexibility, initiative, and strong cross‑functional coordination. SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CFA considered an asset) Strong business acumen Ability to recognize patterns and associated business impacts Excellent communication skills with staff at all levels of the organization Real estate performance analysis considered an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self‑starting, team player with a professional demeanor Advanced Excel knowledge and skills GENERAL Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional leaders, teams, and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives, drive alignment, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
