Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential clients, conducting on-site meetings, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored education solutions.
Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, developing business relationships, meeting sales targets, and assisting clients with inquiries to ensure satisfaction. This role requires consistent travel within assigned territories in Hyderabad to meet clients and attend sales appointments. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and meeting sales targets Skills in customer relationship management and building long-term partnerships with clients Effective communication and presentation skills to explain product benefits and address client needs Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and address client-specific challenges Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic digital platforms Readiness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Ability to work independently and with a team toward common goals Previous experience in education technology or sales is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
