Job Description

Designation: Field Sales Executive Primary Responsibility: To support sales growth by handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production/logistics, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesaller. And build a strong market presence in the assigned territory area. Reporting to: Area Sales Manager Required Skills: Good Communication Skill, Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools, Knowledge of distribution models and retail dynamics, Ability to work independently, Analytical mindset with a focus on execution, Basic knowledge of pricing, margins, GST, and invoicing, Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability, Learning attitude and result-oriented mindset.

Extensive tour plan ability. Key Result Areas: Internal: Increase market as per assign area Work on secondary sales and primary sales of assigned area Achieving monthly/Quartrly sales target appoint new dealer, distributor and wholesaler Lead generation and approach new customer Coordination with operation and accounts department for smooth process Identify new growth opprtunity in state Monitor product wise and state wise performance analysis report. External: Regularly sales schedule and sales visit plan Maintain credit limits of dealer and distributor Approach customer for samples and all the needed samples coordinations with operation team Do the necessasory competitor analysis for pricing, new product and market demand Submit daily/weekly report of sales activity To collect feedback and solve customer issue To do sales data entry in CRM software Implement branding and promotional activity Motivate team to achieve sales target Review of team performance regularly.

Evaluation Criteria: Internal: Every Month and Every Quarter through Specific Formats and check CRM Software Update External: Through Daily activity monitoring Sheet for Sales VS Actual , No of Customer vs Actual Achievements Primary Internal Interactions: Sales Manager Education Qualification: Master in any Graduate (MBA, MCom preferred) Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in field sales Working Hours: 9.30 AM- 6.30 PM Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Compensation & Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentive TA/DA for field travel (as per company policy) On-the-job training and growth opportunity
