Field Marketing Manager

Overview

As Field Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will architect and drive Eightfold’s field marketing strategy to generate pipeline across the US, with broader reach into Central and Latin America. You will own a multi-city program portfolio, align with sales and partners, and scale events from executives dinners to roadshows. Your work will connect executive audiences with Eightfold’s talent AI platform, delivering measurable pipeline and territory success.

• Own the Americas field marketing plan with pipeline targets by territory
• Build and manage a quarterly, multi-city field marketing plan tied to revenue goals
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to define target accounts and success metrics
• Manage the Americas program budget and allocate spend by pipeline opportunity
• Balance national programs with targeted regional plays to maximize potential
• Plan and execute high-impact events (executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows) in key markets
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, scaling with agencies and vendors
• Activate partners by running joint programs with technology and HCM partners
• Develop and implement repeatable event and ABM playbooks for priority markets

• 5+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or ABM in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Experience managing multiple events across different cities with agencies/vendors
• Ability to travel 40–50% of the time
