Fashion Designer

Gmorn is a fast-growing apparel brand based in Mumbai. We believe great clothing should make people feel good, so we create pieces that put comfort first, with bold colours, thoughtful details, and timeless silhouettes.

In this role, you'll spend most of your time actually designing & sampling new clothing pieces.

What You'll Be Doing:

•⁠ ⁠Create original apparel designs through trend research, market insights, and seasonal direction.

•⁠ ⁠Develop concepts that strengthen Gmorn's identity.

•⁠ ⁠Design across woven and knit categories with a strong understanding of construction, fit, fabrics, and product development.

•⁠ ⁠Work with sourcing and manufacturing teams to select fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes.

•⁠ ⁠Review prototypes and fittings to improve silhouette, construction, and overall product quality.

What We're Looking For :

•⁠ ⁠4–5 years of experience in fashion or apparel design.

•⁠ ⁠Experience taking products from research to production.

•⁠ ⁠Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, tech packs, and production documentation.

•⁠ ⁠A sharp eye for colour, proportion, silhouette, and detail.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple collections and deadlines simultaneously.
