Façade Manager

Façade Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large industrial project in South Kildare. This is a project just starting, with a 3‑year programme. This role will suit a Façade Manager with previous experience in a similar role in Ireland or the UK with a main building contractor. Our client is one of the best employers in the industry.

Requirements

• Façade Management experience with a Main Building Contractor.
• Experience in curtain walling installation, with past examples of involvement.
• Ensure that façade sub‑contractors are compliant with specification and contract conditions.
• Ability to review design, quality‑check installation, and oversee fire compartmentation.
• Attend design team meetings.
• Experience of monitoring and managing scaffolding.
• Work with scaffolds to ensure progress in advance and set work areas/exclusions.
• Previous experience of working with access equipment and ability to demonstrate reasons for its use.
• Demonstrate understanding of programme, material management, and past examples of involvement.
• Strong H&S awareness, including safe‑start briefings, toolbox talks and constant monitoring.

Salary

• Circa €75,000 to €85,000
