At Apleona, we are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a KAMS Commercial Analyst to be based in Dublin 14.

Shift Pattern: 08:30 - 17:00

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and follow up on all weekly and monthly profitability figures associated with your designated client accounts.
• Oversee the monitoring and improving Customer KPI’s/Profitability.
• Provide management information for improved commercial decision making – accurate, timely, accessible, insightful, and robust.
• Margin protection and tracking of account growth maintained through overseeing and conducting monthly commercial performance meetings.
• Responsible for the Annual Account Budgets & any re‑forecasts required – ensure reporting and monitoring of performance against the budget.
• Partner with operational, finance, and commercial teams to provide financial insight, resolve commercial issues, and support improvements in contract performance and profitability. Oversee the development and maintain a detailed cost analysis report as required by customers and business to ensure accuracy in reported numbers.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of commercial and financial information through the review, validation, and reconciliation of financial data, investigating variances and resolving issues to support accurate reporting and decision‑making.
• Roll out best practice commercial finance practices across specific accounts, category management, and financial reporting.
• Preparation and review of weekly and monthly financial reports.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ideally, a Third Level Business/Accounting or Commerce Degree.
• Excel modelling experience and working knowledge of Navision is an advantage.
• Previous experience in commercial analytics and strong influencing skills.
• Proven track record of results and excellent PC literacy skills required.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once; high flexibility and strong commitment to success.
• Passionate about delivery and customer service.
