Executive - Artwork Development

Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Mumbai Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Artwork Development Executive responsible for creating, modifying, and managing packaging artworks in line with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and print specifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and adapt packaging artworks for labels, cartons, and flexible packaging Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, and Printers) Review and proof artworks for accuracy (content, color, layout, legal text) Manage artwork version control and approvals Work on amendments, language adaptations, and market-specific changes Liaise with print vendors to ensure artwork feasibility and print readiness Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in artwork development/packaging design Good with communication Understanding of printing processes (flexo, gravure, offset) Knowledge of packaging materials and artwork specifications Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple projects.
