Tender Executive (GeM Portal)

Location: Vytilla Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 Department: Procurement / Sales Support About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other government platforms. If you have experience in bid management and a strong eye for documentation, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM and other portals Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time Coordinate with internal teams for technical & commercial inputs Ensure compliance with tender requirements Handle pricing, quotations, and bid documentation Maintain records and track tender status Follow up on submitted bids and respond to client queries ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in tendering / bid management (preferred) Hands-on experience with GeM portal Strong documentation and compliance knowledge Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
