Role Responsibilities

A generalist internship across the full breadth of the marketing department. The role supports the day-to-day running of the function: briefing projects into agencies, keeping campaigns and paperwork moving, assisting the department head, and helping deliver events, sponsorships and partnerships. It suits someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a new automotive brand is built in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Agency & Campaign Support

  • Brief projects into our creative, media and digital agencies and help keep work moving to deadline.
  • Support live campaigns across digital, social and CRM, including asset coordination, proofing and reporting.

Marketing Administration

  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and payments, and keep supplier paperwork in order.
  • Maintain budget trackers, schedules and status reports across the department.

Department Support

  • Assist the department head with reporting, presentations and day-to-day priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-ups across the marketing team and agency partners.

Events, Sponsorships & Partnerships

  • Help plan and deliver events, sponsorships and partnership activations, including on-the-ground support.
  • Provide occasional support outside standard office hours when events require it.

Qualifications & requirements:

  • Studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Confident with Canva, Excel and PowerPoint, with clear and tidy writing.
  • Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions and taking ownership early.
  • An interest in cars, EVs or technology is a bonus, not a requirement.
