Enterprise Software Developer

Job Description This role will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing the organization’s technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for identity and access management, leveraging expertise in the Microsoft stack, Angular, and/or React. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Essential Functions Develop and implement solutions supporting the organization’s identity and access technology based on Azure B2C and proprietary policy services. Collaborate with development teams to incorporate identity and access requirements into software design and architecture. Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks to validate functionality and security of identity and access solutions.

Define and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices, integrating relevant advancements into processes. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on identity and access goals.

Address enterprise concerns such as cloud architecture, on-premises integrations, and security best practices. *Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.* Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in identity and access management, software development, or related fields, with a proven track record. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or React.

Experience with cloud architecture and on-premises integrations, especially Azure. Relevant certifications like CISSP or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of IAM principles, including Azure B2C, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.

Deep knowledge of security standards, best practices, and compliance. Proficiency in Angular and/or React development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
