Your Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

- Assist customers with account access, billing, and invoicing queries.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

- Guide users in the use of innovative AI-powered products and services.

- Ensure a high-quality customer experience and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Native-level or fluent English (mandatory).

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centres, Customer Support, or Telecommunications.

- Interest in technology, AI, and digital tools.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.

- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon (Moscavide).
