Designation: Engineer Salary Budget: ₹25,000/- per month Type of Site Work: Drilling & Cable Anchoring Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineer for our Drilling & Cable Anchoring project at Orange Gate, Mumbai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution activities, manpower handling, billing, planning, and coordination of daily site operations. Key Responsibilities · Supervise and execute drilling and cable anchoring activities at site · Coordinate daily site operations and ensure work progress as per project schedule · Handle manpower allocation and site workforce management · Prepare and maintain site execution reports · Support billing and planning activities related to project execution · Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams · Ensure quality and safety compliance at project site · Monitor equipment utilization and work productivity · Maintain proper communication with client/site management Requirements Experience · Minimum 3+ years of experience in: o Drilling activities o Cable anchoring works o Site execution · Billing & planning · Manpower handling Skills Required · Good coordination and communication skills · Ability to manage site activities independently · Knowledge of project execution and reporting · Basic understanding of construction and geotechnical activities Qualification · Any qualification with relevant site experience preferred Benefits · Accommodation/other facilities as per company policy · Opportunity to work in specialized engineering and infrastructure projects · Career growth in drilling and geotechnical execution works · Exposure to major infrastructure and anchoring projects
