Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Engineer to design, develop, and optimize embedded solutions for IoT and industrial applications.

The candidate should have strong expertise in embedded hardware, firmware development, communication protocols, and secure data transmission mechanisms. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C for microcontroller-based systems Work with microcontrollers and microprocessors for real-time and low-power applications Interface and integrate analog and digital sensors (temperature, vibration, etc.) Implement and manage standard communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet…etc. Develop and integrate communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, Modbus, and LoRa/LoRaWAN Implement secure communication mechanisms, including Symmetric encryption (AES, etc.), Asymmetric encryption (RSA, ECC), TLS/SSL-based secure communication Perform hardware-software integration, debugging, and validation Troubleshoot system-level issues involving firmware, hardware, and communication layers Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, cloud, and application teams) Maintain version control using Git and track tasks/issues using JIRA Optimize system performance, memory usage, and power consumption Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, PIC, etc.) Good knowledge of RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS or similar is a plus) Experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter) Strong understanding of communication protocols and networking basics Experience in implementing data security and encryption techniques Familiarity with sensor integration and signal processing basics Experience with boot loaders, firmware upgrades (OTA) is an advantage Knowledge of PCB basics and hardware schematics Preferred Skills: Experience in IoT platforms and edge devices Exposure to wireless technologies (LoRa, BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE) Familiarity with Linux-based embedded systems Basic understanding of platform integrations Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computers, Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or any other related field What We Offer: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge IoT and embedded technologies Collaborative and innovation-driven environment Career growth and learning opportunities Exposure to real-time projects, including engagements with DPSU customers
