Discipline: Construction Management Role Overview: Package Owner – Electrical responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of electrical systems, ensuring safe design, seamless execution, regulatory compliance, and timely completion of complex projects. Package Owner – FMCS We are looking for an experienced Package Owner – FMCS (Facility Monitoring & Control Systems) to join our construction management team. Discipline: Construction Management Role Overview: Package Owner – FMCS responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of facility monitoring and control systems, ensuring seamless system integration, reliability, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of critical infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional Package Team in all aspects of a Package (both Design Package and the related Work Packages) through project completion. Primary point-of-contact for all stakeholders regarding all matters related to the Design Package and related Work Packages Lead the detailed assignment / definition all Package Scope Managing the development of, and changes to, Package-related documents in coordination with System Engineers and other Package Owners Track and manage Package progress, including leading weekly updates of Package-specific data in Project database / controls platforms Submittal / Shop Drawing review, and inspection approvals Primary Point-of-Contact for Sub-contractor Represent the Package in Commissioning Core Team Meetings, and oversee the Pkg. Team's involvement in System Commissioning procedures Manage the FMCS updating of Sequence of Operation (SOO) documents per design intent and actual condition, including review and approval by the client.
Arrange and manage Package site inspections, Punchlists, System Tagging (OT, GT, BT). Collect and submit all Package documentation to System Commissioning Lead and System Engineer, including but not limited to As-built documentation, and Operation and Maintenance Manuals Oversee the Pkg. Team's involvement in Closeout procedure for the Package.
Ensure that all Sub-contractor deliverables are reviewed and accepted prior to project closeout. Manage the System / Package handover to client Make use of courses for continued learning experiences Utilize Corp Quality Management System (QMS) to support and leverage relevant knowledge to enhance project execution Participate in vendor trade shows and become familiar with new technologies and industry business direction Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in EPC/Construction Management, including semiconductor projects Proven delivery on medium to large projects across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover Strong understanding of drawings, contracts, costs, scheduling, and risk management Senior leader with a track record of managing, coaching, and delivering results in matrix organizations Customer-focused, ethical, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving and communication skills Experienced working across international and culturally diverse environments
