The Role: We are currently expanding our crew and looking for a reliable, safety-minded Commercial & Residential Lead Electrician with 2 to 3 years of hands-on field experience. In this role, you will be a critical part of our team, tackling a diverse mix of commercial build-outs, residential service calls, and system upgrades.

What You Will Do: Installation & Repair: Safely install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment in both residential and commercial settings. Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues efficiently, identifying faulty wiring or components to prevent electrical hazards. Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds local building regulations and the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Site Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and strictly safe working environment on every single job site. Customer Service: Represent Smith Electric LLC with professionalism when interacting with homeowners, general contractors, and business owners. What You Bring to the Table (Requirements): Experience: 2 to 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work. (You should be comfortable pulling wire, bending conduit, and reading blueprints).

Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to safely operate company vehicles. Tools of the Trade: Must possess your own basic electrical hand tools. Safety-First Mentality: A deep understanding of electrical safety protocols.

You understand that careless work causes fires, and you refuse to do sloppy work. Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, and communicate clearly with your foreman or project manager. What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on your 2-3 years of experience.
