Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding educational courses, programs, and career opportunities.
\n
• Understand students' requirements, educational background, and career goals.
\n
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career prospects.
\n
• Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions.
\n
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions/enrolments.
\n
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update candidate/student information in Excel or CRM.
\n
• Assist students with the admission and documentation process.
\n
• Coordinate with the internal academic/admission team for smooth student onboarding.
\n
• Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Graduate in any discipline.
\n
• 0–1.5 years of experience in education counselling, tele-calling, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
\n
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
\n
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
\n
