Job Description:

• Lead the strategic and operational management of the Education Programme across 4 schools, driving educational excellence and student outcomes for children with Intellectual Disability (ID).

• Define individualised learning, development, independence, and transition goals for students.

• Strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, quality standards, and continuous improvement across schools.

• Develop transition pathways toward adulthood, vocational training, employment, and independent living.

• Build the capabilities of school heads, educators, and support teams through professional development, coaching, and best practices.

• Use student and programme data to monitor outcomes, evaluate impact, and drive improvements.

• Foster collaboration across Education, Healthcare, MEL, HR, Finance, Fundraising, and Communications.

• Build strategic partnerships with government, academic institutions, and sector organisations, and represent the organisation at relevant forums.
