About the Role

Our eDiscovery team combines deep technical knowledge and experience with cutting‑edge technology to provide clients with the latest in technology‑enabled legal service delivery. The Analyst will support the delivery of legal technology and eDiscovery services across litigation, regulatory investigations, disputes, corporate transactions, cyber incidents, and internal investigations.

• Work as part of a national and international team, combining technology, project management, and client‑service skills to deliver high‑quality, defensible, and cost‑effective outcomes.
• Use leading eDiscovery and analytics platforms, including AI‑enabled review technologies, and support the data‑processing stage of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Entry‑level; no extensive experience required, but enthusiasm to learn and build technical and professional skills is essential.

About You

• Interest in developing eDiscovery skills and knowledge.
• Experience managing matters and providing eDiscovery support on RelativityOne; front‑end experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of the legal framework of eDiscovery, exchange protocols and best practices across the full EDRM model.
• Familiarity with advanced eDiscovery technologies such as Active Learning, concept clustering, and search‑term analysis.
• Strong desire to develop technical and operational skills, including project management, prioritisation, troubleshooting, supporting multiple matters simultaneously, and escalating issues when needed.
• Demonstrated potential to work collaboratively with a small team in a fast‑paced, solutions‑focused environment; experience learning from others and meeting strict deadlines.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail, with an emphasis on conveying information clearly and concisely.
• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Computer Science, Commerce, Software Engineering, or a related discipline are preferred; recent graduates are encouraged.
