Job Description As an EDI Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting EDI integrations with StandardAero’s EDI trading partners to include EDI Value‑Added Networks (VANs). The EDI Business Analyst will engage with both trading partners and internal teams to onboard new integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve the processes and tooling that support EDI operations. Extensive EDI expertise, and familiarity with broader end‑to‑end business process flows (i.e., procure to pay, order to cash, acquire to retire) is essential.

This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying and documenting requirements, troubleshooting issues, and managing delivery of bugs and enhancements that support StandardAero’s operational excellence. What You’ll Do Responsible for EDI trading partner onboarding within Oracle EBS and Aeroxchange Manage day‑to‑day interactions with Aeroxchange to include new trading partner onboarding Monitor EDI error queues and alert emails; take corrective actions promptly Perform minor mapping updates and EDI configuration changes Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain and IT ERP team personnel Business Process Analysis Work with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional requirements Map current and future‑state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement or automationld Support change management activities, including documenting training materials and assisting with user adoption Enhancement & Project Support Participate in projects, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and validated Collaborate with IT, Product Owner, PMO, and business groups to design, test, and implement new features and configurations Perform functional testing, regression testing, and support UAT with end users Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation Assist in developing dashboards, queries and reports to support business decision‑making Ensure data quality and consistency across ERP modules and integrated systems Required Qualifications Must be authorized to work in Canada and/or the U.S. Post‑Secondary Education in Business, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering Technology 5+ years of EDI Functional experience supporting Oracle EBS (version 12.2 preferred) Strong functional knowledge of procure‑to‑pay process flows Experience working with EDI value‑added networks (VANs) Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and document EDI mappings and processing flows Experience eliciting requirements from end‑users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation Preferred Characteristics Experience and/or training in Agile software development ERP System experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Implemented solutions in ERP system, work orders, shop operations, supply chain, etc.
