Account Manager

Description Status: Permanent, Full-Time Reports To: Director of Business Development About ATS Traffic ATS Traffic is a family-owned business that has been getting people home safely since 1966. We provide traffic control, on‑street services and signage products and services across Canada, currently operating out of offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon, Mississauga, Ottawa, Langley, Kamloops and Winnipeg. As the successful candidate you will demonstrate the ATS Traffic Core Values at work every day: Do What’s Right Our People Matter Trust Through Teamwork Striving for Excellence Responsibilities This position enhances the experience of our customers and drives profitable sales by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support to customers To provide corporate and site specific relationship development for large complex customers with Master Service Agreements.

These customers generally represent current sales greater than 1M. Maintain and enhance current customer relationships and develop additional opportunities through deeper/wider account penetration. Develop measurements to ensure compliance to Master Service Agreements while driving revenue growth and profitability above expected performance.

Negotiate Master Service Agreements that gains support and acceptance from all parties. Successfully implement all existing and new Master Service Agreements. Prepare accurate forecasting, analytics and business reviews to MSA customers.

Qualifications Business Administrative Degree/Diploma or an acceptable combination of education 3+ years of Direct Sales related experience in similar industry Someone who is personable, positive and always willing to assist customers! Approximately 5 years of previous B2B sales experience is required. Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Strong interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication is required. Previous experience in the Traffic Control industry or related field is an asset. Why Choose ATS Traffic?
