CONCEPTORZ is hiring passionate Economics Teachers, Business Studies Tutors and Commerce Educators who can make economic theory and business concepts click for school age students - through real-world cases, data, and hands-on analysis rather than rote learning.

This isn't a "read the chapter, complete the worksheet" role. We want educators who can turn a lesson on inflation, markets, entrepreneurship or financial statements into something students can connect to the world around them - and walk away saying, "Now I actually get it."

What the Role Looks Like

• Deliver engaging 1-on-1 or small-group online classes in Economics and/or Business Studies for school-age students.
• Teach core concepts across microeconomics, macroeconomics, business organisation, marketing, finance and entrepreneurship, tailored to the student's curriculum and level (IB, IGCSE, A-Levels, national boards, etc.).
• Use real businesses, current events, market data and case studies to bring theory to life.
• Explain concepts like demand and supply, market structures, GDP, inflation, business ownership types, cash flow, SWOT/PESTLE analysis and more broken into clear, digestible steps.
• Design activities such as mini business simulations, budgeting exercises, market analysis tasks and case-study discussions to keep students actively engaged.
• Guide students through past papers, structured essay responses and data-response questions with strong exam technique.
• Give clear, constructive feedback on written answers, projects and assignments.
• Adapt teaching style and pace to each student's board, grade level, strengths and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and share regular updates with the academic team.
• Keep every session interactive — diagrams, annotated graphs and visual working are part of how you teach, not an afterthought.

What We are Looking For

We welcome applicants who have experience as any of the following:

Economics Teacher | Business Studies Teacher | Commerce Tutor | Accounts Tutor | Business Studies Mentor | IB/IGCSE Economics Tutor | A-Level Business Tutor | Finance Educator | Entrepreneurship Mentor

You should bring:

• Strong subject knowledge of Economics and/or Business Studies (Commerce and Accounts knowledge is a plus).
• Familiarity with at least one major curriculum - IB, IGCSE, Cambridge/A-Levels, CBSE/ICSE, or equivalent.
• Prior experience teaching school-age students, online or offline.
• The ability to explain abstract economic and business concepts in simple, relatable terms.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with diagrams, graphs and data.
• Confidence handling both one-on-one sessions and small groups.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A stable internet connection, a reliable computer and a quiet, professional teaching setup.
• A working pen tablet is an essential requirement for this role. Candidates must have access to a pen tablet or digital writing device such as: Wacom | XP-Pen | I-pad | One by Wacom | Equivalent Pen Tablet etc.

The tablet should allow you to write clearly during live classes, annotate graphs and charts, explain Economics diagrams, work through calculations, analyse case studies and demonstrate answers in real time.

• Candidates without a suitable pen tablet or equivalent digital writing setup may not be considered.
• Comfort using online teaching platforms, screen sharing and digital whiteboards.
