Job Description
Duty Manager Responsibilities will include: maintenance of service standards & guest satisfaction at the highest level; motivation, training and development of team members; administrative duties such as coordinating reports and leading emergency response procedure; assist in processing reservations, modifications and cancellations from internal and external channels and be knowledgeable about packages and promotional options available. Qualifications Excellent opportunity for an energetic, self‑motivated, team‑oriented leader, with minimum 2 years Front Desk supervisory experience in a similar environment. Flexibility in shifts is essential. Candidate must have exceptional guest service and communication (both verbal and written) skills, strong attention to detail, and proven leadership and problem‑solving abilities. Some Post‑Secondary education is required, preferably in a recognized Hospitality Program. Strong knowledge of computer systems required, OPERA (or similar) and additional languages are preferred.
