Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and charismatic Dutch speakers to act as the primary presenters for our live digital streams in central Madrid. If you possess strong on-screen charisma and want to launch an international career in online gaming and digital media, this position offers an ideal starting point.

As an interactive presenter, you will combine high-energy entertainment with brand ambassadorship. Operating out of a state-of-the-art studio, you will host Dutch-language broadcasts and engage live with a global viewership.

Primary Duties & Daily Responsibilities

As a Digital Media Host, your day-to-day operations will center on:

  • Camera Presentation: Hosting vibrant, quick-paced live streams with an energetic, refined presentation style.
  • Viewer Engagement: Interacting live with users to foster a welcoming online atmosphere and boost audience retention.
  • On-Air Grooming: Maintaining professional presentation standards, grooming, and poise during broadcasts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to precise operational guidelines to ensure total fairness, transparency, and precision throughout every stream.
  • Studio Teamwork: Partnering with floor supervisors and technical operators to ensure seamless broadcast delivery.

Financial Rewards & Incentive Structure

Our compensation framework is structured to reward both your fluent Dutch proficiency and your presentation quality:

  • Fixed Base Salary: A stable fixed base of €1,500 each month.
  • Language Allowance: An additional €4.00 hourly for active broadcasting time.
  • Quality Bonus: Earn up to an extra €3.00 hourly based on performance metrics and presentation excellence.
  • Overnight Differential: A 20% pay boost for any shift hours completed between 22:55 and 08:00.
  • Total Earning Potential: Estimated monthly gross income ranges from €1,850 to €2,100, based on a standard 40-hour weekly cap.

Relocation Assistance Package

We handle the logistics of moving abroad so you can concentrate on your upcoming media debut:

  • Covered Transport: Full coverage for your flight to Madrid (or high-speed rail fare if relocating from within Spain).
  • Initial Lodging: 25 days of corporate-provided housing upon arrival to facilitate a smooth move.
