- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to keep our fleet in excellent condition.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including scanning deliveries, obtaining signatures, and resolving minor delivery queries on the spot.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, complete digital manifests, and use our delivery management system to track all jobs.
- Adhere strictly to all Road Rules, Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with light warehouse duties when required, such as sorting packages or preparing orders for dispatch.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or road hazards immediately to management.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, tidy, and professionally presented.
Requirements
- Current Australian full driverβs licence (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major offences in the last 5 years).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a delivery or logistics role.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting packages up to 20kg regularly.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Right to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
- Ability to use smartphone applications, GPS, and basic digital systems for tracking deliveries.
- Flexible availability, including early starts, weekends, and occasional public holidays as required by business needs.
- Reliable personal transport to get to and from our depot (if applicable).
Previous experience in courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery is highly regarded but not essential β we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support.
What We Offer

- Modern, air-conditioned delivery vehicles with all safety features.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.
- Uniforms provided, including high-visibility safety gear.
- Employee benefits including paid annual leave, sick leave, and superannuation.
- Supportive team environment with regular team meetings and recognition programs.
- Opportunities for career progression within our expanding logistics network.
- Fuel card and maintenance covered by the company.
We value safety, punctuality, and a positive attitude above all else. Our drivers are respected members of our team and are treated as such. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys an active role, values job stability, and wants to be part of a company that genuinely cares about its people and customers, we would love to hear from you.
