About the Role

This position is for a Safety Officer / AV Operator responsible for supporting the safe operation of autonomous vehicle testing activities in Madrid.

The role does not require prior autonomous driving experience, but requires strong driving discipline, safety awareness, and the ability to operate in real-world traffic conditions within a structured operational framework.

You will be responsible for vehicle operation, basic field support tasks, and providing structured feedback to improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate test vehicles in urban and highway environments for up to 8 hours per day
• Develop a working understanding of autonomous driving systems and adapt to operational updates
• Provide detailed feedback to engineering and operations teams
• Exercise strong judgment in dynamic road and traffic scenarios
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with the public
• Perform vehicle charging, washing, cleaning, and basic maintenance support
• Support operational task assignments and dispatch coordination
• Follow strict safety procedures and xqbhyrx reporting standards

Working Schedule

Shift-based rotation (as assigned by operations team)

Requirements

• Valid EU driving license with clean record
• Fluent Spanish (required for foreign candidates)
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the EU
