Role Overview
As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers within the Waterford area. This role requires excellent navigation skills, a responsible attitude towards road safety, and a customer-focused approach. You will be an essential link between our retail operations and our valued customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from our stores and deliver them promptly to customers.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care and arrive in excellent condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any customer interactions.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and report any delivery issues promptly.
- Represent Shorecal with a professional and friendly attitude.
- as Employee river- while in the store you will be assisting instore teams with taking orders, customer service, preparation of the store, assisting other employees fulfulling duties required.
- Own Vehichle is a must- Motorcycle, Moped / E-bike
- Weekend availability is a must.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Category AM, A1, A or equivalent moped/motorbike licence.
- No licence required for E-Bike riders
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a delivery role preferred, ideally within retail or a related sector.
- Excellent knowledge ofsurrounding areas.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
